Somewhat Late Update

NOVEMBER

We have another horse - Pip. She came to use, needing a new home at the end of October. Lovely mare, very sweet temperered.

her stable name is Pip (registered name Wexford Schoolgirl)

earlier in the month we had to re-do a lot of fencing because of...

...This 'orrible lot!

The Donkey has been chewing Mr Mischief's tail... 

and for Remembernce Day,Kathy clipped a poppy into Lexie's rump

A new meaning to 'leaning on the gate'....

Naughty Exmoor ponies : they leant on the gate....

 ...and we got a phone call from the 'neighbours' (over a mile away at the far end of the lane)
at 6.45 a.m ....

"Have you got two Exmoor ponies and a donkey...?"
"...Er ... yes..."
"Not any more *laugh* I've got them!"

So up the lane to retrieve them...

and walk them back down the lane...

then put them where they can't (huh!) get out until the broken gate is mended!

Naughty ponies - and donk! LOL

A lovely day out on Exmoor for the Brendon Show - and we came back with one or two bits...

Mr Mischief competing in the Working Hunter Pony (he came 3rd) but also won the ridden Mountain & Moorland and took the champion Moorland-bred Best Exmoor
